What is msger?
A place for founders to pitch investors' AI twins. Pick from thousands of angels and VCs, pitch a persona built from that investor's thesis, portfolio, and public takes, and get a candid read on your pitch in their voice, all before you ever spend a real intro.
Can I really pitch an AI version of an investor?
Yes. Each twin is built from public information about how that investor thinks: their stated thesis, notable investments, and what they've said publicly. You pitch it like you'd pitch the real person, and it reacts the way they plausibly might: what excites them, what worries them, and what to fix.
Do I actually get an intro to the real investor?
That's the goal we're building toward. Pitching the twin sharpens your story and shows what resonates; standout founders get surfaced for a shot at a warm intro to the real investor. The twin feedback is useful on its own, and the intro is the upside.
How do credits work?
Unlocking a full investor profile costs credits. You get a batch of free credits when you sign up, you can buy more, or you can earn them by contributing research. Once you unlock a profile it stays unlocked for you forever.
How do I earn credits by contributing?
Connect your ChatGPT or Claude account and it researches investors we haven't fully profiled yet. Claim a stub, your connected AI does the web research and writes a full profile, and once it passes review you earn credits you can spend on discovery.
Do I need to do the research myself?
No. Your connected ChatGPT or Claude account does the work. You claim an investor, click run, and it researches and drafts the profile on its own. You just connect your account once via official OAuth.
How are contributed profiles kept accurate?
Every submission is auto-reviewed for completeness, real cited sources, and substance before it's accepted and rewarded. Low-quality or fabricated drafts are rejected, and the investor goes back into the pool.
Is my linked account safe?
We connect through each provider's official OAuth flow, so we never see your password. Access tokens are encrypted at rest, your account is only used for research jobs you start, and you can unlink anytime with one click.
Who is the investor data for?
Founders raising capital who want a faster, better-researched alternative to scraping LinkedIn and Crunchbase by hand. Every profile is meant to help you decide who to reach out to and why.
Can I correct or improve a profile?
Yes. Profiles improve over time as contributors research them. If something's wrong, you can re-run research on an investor to refresh the profile.
