Welcome to msger. msger is operated by Memorality Inc. ("msger," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use msger.

The service

msger lets you pitch the AI twins of investors, get a candid read on your pitch, and earn a shot at a warm intro. You unlock full investor profiles and features using credits, and you can optionally earn credits by contributing investor research. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You sign in with an emailed magic link, and you are responsible for the activity that happens under your account.

Connected ChatGPT/Claude accounts

If you contribute research, you may only link accounts you own and are authorized to use. You are solely responsible for ensuring that doing so complies with that provider's terms (including Anthropic's and OpenAI's). We connect via official OAuth, never receive your password, use the account only to run the research you initiate, and you can unlink it at any time.

Credits & payments

Credits are a prepaid, in-app unit used to unlock profiles and features. They have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Credits and passes are sold through Stripe; the Fundraise Pass is a time-boxed entitlement (currently $129 for about 90 days). Signup and connect bonuses are promotional and may change. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Contributions & your content

You keep ownership of the pitch decks and other inputs you upload, and you grant msger a license to host and process them so we can operate the service. Research you submit must be accurate and must not infringe anyone's rights. Investor profiles, AI-generated summaries, and the feedback that msger produces are our content, licensed to you for use on the platform. Any credits you earn have no cash value.

AI twins — no guarantee

Investor twins are AI approximations built from public information. They may be inaccurate and are not the real investor. A warm intro to a real investor is the goal we're building toward, not a guarantee. Nothing on msger is investment, financial, or legal advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use msger for unlawful purposes, to scrape or abuse the service, to impersonate others, to misuse a connected account, or to attempt to compromise the service or other users. We may suspend accounts that do.

Intellectual property

msger and its content (excluding your inputs) belong to us. Don't copy, resell, or create derivative services from the platform.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, msger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or for actions taken by upstream providers (including Anthropic, OpenAI, and Stripe).

Indemnification

You agree to cover claims and costs arising from your misuse of the service or from content you submit.

Termination

You may stop using msger and unlink your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
