A. Lloyd Thomas is the Managing Partner of Athene Capital LLP, a London-based investment firm that describes itself as a global family office, and the Chief Executive Officer of Loxlea, a socially conscious real estate and residential development company. Lloyd holds a degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated as a Joseph Wharton Scholar with concentrations in Entrepreneurial Management and Finance (Class of 2006). He also graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania with honours in French. In addition, he earned an MRes in Finance from Cass Business School (now Bayes Business School) and is a qualified ACA Chartered Accountant. He has been active in the Wharton alumni network and served on the organizing committee for the Wharton Global Forum in London in 2019.
