Aaron Dan is a seasoned commercial real estate executive with over 13 years of experience spanning leasing, development, acquisitions, and investment management. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Policy, Planning, and Development, concentrating in Real Estate Development. While at USC, Aaron was an All-American discus thrower and captain of the Track and Field team. His interest in real estate was forged during his time studying development at USC, and he has since built a career across multiple facets of the commercial property sector.
Aaron spent roughly a decade as Managing Director at Lockehouse Retail Group, a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area. Lockehouse, founded in 2005, evolved into a dominant retail brokerage company in the region, representing major tenants such as Target, Trader Joe's, and TopGolf, with services encompassing tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, property management, and development. At Lockehouse, Aaron oversaw a portfolio of properties in excess of 4 million square feet and was instrumental in the firm's investment sales and acquisitions operations.
In addition to his brokerage work, Aaron serves as Director of Acquisitions (East Coast) for LRG Investors, the private commercial real estate investment network affiliated with Lockehouse. LRG Investors focuses on value-add investments and ground-up development across retail, office, industrial, multifamily, and storage properties, targeting deal sizes between $5 million and $100 million through syndication.
