Aaron Davenport

Aaron Davenport is a Managing Director at SK Capital Partners, a global private equity firm with approximately $10 billion in assets under management focused on the specialty materials, ingredients, and life sciences sectors. At SK Capital, Davenport plays a leading role in all aspects of the firm's investment strategy and execution, with particular emphasis on the pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals industries. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board of several major SK Capital portfolio companies, including Precera Medical, Apotex, SEQENS, Woodstock Sterile Solutions, Noramco, Extractas Bioscience, and Purisys, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Genetix Biotherapeutics.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Davenport was a Principal at Arsenal Capital Partners, where he co-led Arsenal's healthcare investing efforts and served on the firm's Operating and Investment Committees. Before Arsenal, he held management positions at CB Richard Ellis/Whittier Partners, serving as Director of Business Strategy and Development. He also brings experience from roles at IRIX Pharmaceuticals, Bend Research, and WaxWing Capital.

Davenport holds a B.A. in History from Amherst College, where he graduated magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He has extensive board-level leadership experience, having previously served as Chairman at Wavelength Pharmaceuticals, Perimeter Solutions, AEB Group, Halo Pharmaceutical, TriTex, and Heubach, and as a director at IBA Molecular, Archroma, and Venator Materials PLC, among others.
