Aaron Dubin

Aaron Dubin is a seasoned venture capital and strategic investing professional with deep expertise at the intersection of cybersecurity, enterprise technology, and early-stage company building. He currently serves as VP of Strategy & Business Research at Team8, a prominent Israel-founded venture group that operates as both a venture fund and a company-building foundry. At Team8, Aaron is responsible for business research at both the company and foundry level, targeted business development, and thought leadership initiatives. He has been instrumental in Team8's partnership with WisdomTree on the WisdomTree Team8 Cybersecurity Index, contributing expert analysis on cybersecurity market trends and investment opportunities.

Prior to Team8, Aaron led early-stage strategic cyber investing in New York at Goldman Sachs' Principal Strategic Investments (PSI) team, where he focused on identifying and backing promising cybersecurity startups. Before Goldman Sachs, he served as an Investment Associate at Innovation Endeavors, former Google Chairman Eric Schmidt's private venture capital fund, working across both the Tel Aviv and New York offices. During that period, he also served as a Teaching Assistant at Cornell Tech in the MBA program. Aaron began his career as an Analyst at Pitango Venture Capital, Israel's oldest and largest VC firm, giving him a strong foundation in Israeli tech ecosystem investing.

Aaron holds a B.A. in Business Administration from IDC Herzliya (now Reichman University) in Israel, where he graduated cum laude with dual specializations in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is a graduate of both the Zell Entrepreneurship Program at IDC Herzliya and the Pennsylvania Governor's School for Global Entrepreneurship at Lehigh University. Outside of his professional work, Aaron is an extreme sports enthusiast and volunteers with the Jewish Council for Public Affairs and American Corporate Partners' Military and Veteran Mentoring Program. He also serves as a mentor at Siftech, supporting emerging founders.
