Aaron Fisher

Aaron Fisher is a healthcare-focused investment professional with deep experience spanning investment banking, private equity, and growth equity across the life sciences and healthcare ecosystem. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Stephens, Inc., where he built a foundation in financial analysis and deal execution. He earned a B.S. from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to his tenure at BroadOak Capital Partners, Fisher served as a private equity investment professional at both Northwood Healthcare Partners and H.I.G. Growth Partners, gaining significant experience working with early-stage to middle-market companies across the healthcare sector. He was also instrumental in incubating Envision Genomics, a clinical genomics business focused on rare diseases that was an associate company of the HudsonAlpha Institute of Biotechnology -- demonstrating his ability to operate at the intersection of science and capital formation.

At BroadOak Capital Partners, Fisher served as Vice President, where he was responsible for originating, executing, and monitoring the firm's debt and equity growth capital investments in life sciences tools, diagnostics, and services companies. He has since moved to ARCHIMED, a global healthcare-only private equity firm headquartered in France that manages approximately EUR 9 billion in assets. At ARCHIMED, Fisher serves as Director, contributing to the firm's strategy of small-cap and mid-cap growth buyout investments in healthcare businesses across Europe, the Americas, and Asia.
