Aaron G.L. Fletcher, PhD, is the Founder and General Partner of Bios Partners, a Fort Worth, Texas-based life sciences venture capital firm he established in 2014. Bios Partners manages over $300 million in assets and focuses on advancing biotech innovation, particularly in underserved U.S. markets. Dr. Fletcher also founded Bios Research, LLC in 2012, a financial services firm that provides fundamental public equity research in the healthcare space, serving institutional investors and large family offices with deep analysis of biotech and med-tech sub-sectors.

Dr. Fletcher holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from York College and a PhD in Biochemistry from Colorado State University. He has served as a visiting professor at Dallas Baptist University since 2008, where he teaches courses in Biochemistry, Bioethics, and Cell Biology.
