Aaron Kidd is a seasoned investment banking and corporate advisory professional based in Perth, Western Australia. He brings over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and capital markets, having built his career at top-tier global financial institutions. Kidd commenced his career at Goldman Sachs before moving to Credit Suisse, where he rose to become Head of the Perth Office, responsible for local and Australian inbound metals, mining, and related industry coverage. He also served as Head of Australia for Appian Capital Advisory LLP, a leading London-based global natural resources private equity fund.

Kidd now leads Zephyr Capital, a Perth-based independent corporate advisory and private equity firm he founded in 2018. Zephyr Capital provides advisory services across the full spectrum of public and private M&A, corporate development transactions, and capital markets. Operating from offices at 105 St Georges Terrace in Perth, the firm has established itself as a leading Western Australian M&A and capital raising advisory practice, drawing on Kidd's deep expertise in the natural resources and energy transition sectors.
