Aaron Richmond

Aaron Richmond joined Endeavour Capital in 1996 and has been a cornerstone of the firm for nearly three decades, currently serving as Senior Advisor. A native of Junction City, Oregon, Aaron's educational foundation is exceptionally strong, having earned his A.B., Magna Cum Laude, from Harvard College before pursuing his M.B.A. at the Stanford Graduate School of Business—two of the most prestigious institutions in the country.

Before joining Endeavour, Aaron honed his strategic and operational expertise as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, one of the world's premier management consulting firms. At McKinsey, he focused on the operations practice, working primarily in Cleveland and Hong Kong, where he advised manufacturing and distribution clients on complex operational challenges. This international experience and deep operational focus laid the groundwork for his investment approach at Endeavour.

Over his nearly 28-year tenure at Endeavour, Aaron has worked extensively with companies across diverse sectors including marine transportation, retail, food, distribution, business services, consumer products, industrials, and technology & business services. His expertise spans both traditional industrial sectors and modern technology-enabled services, reflecting Endeavour's focus on western U.S. middle-market businesses.

Beyond his professional achievements, Aaron demonstrates a strong commitment to his community. He currently serves as a Lieutenant firefighter and EMT with Chelan County Fire District #5 in Washington State, a role that speaks to his dedication to public service. Aaron lives in Chelan, Washington, with his wife and three children, balancing his investment career with active community involvement and family life.
