Abraham "Abe" T. Han

Abraham "Abe" T. Han is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of GLC Advisors & Co., LLC, an elite boutique investment bank that he established in 2009. Based in the New York office, Han brings approximately 25 years of extensive experience advising companies and creditors on complex financial assignments across the United States and internationally. His expertise spans bankruptcy reorganizations, exchange offers, out-of-court workouts, mergers and acquisitions, financings, and recapitalizations.

Han holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University and an MBA from Northwestern University's prestigious Kellogg School of Management. He has successfully completed FINRA-administered qualification examinations including Series 7, 24, 50, and 63, and holds a Pennsylvania State gaming license.

Before co-founding GLC Advisors, Han served as a Principal at GLC Investment Advisors, where he primarily focused on distressed investing in middle-market companies. Prior to that role, he was an Executive Director in UBS' Restructuring and Leveraged Finance Group in New York, where he developed deep expertise in special situations and complex capital structure advisory. Earlier in his career, Han managed the Steel Division for Hyundai Corp. (USA), giving him valuable operational and international business experience.

Han's leadership has been recognized by The M&A Advisor, which selected him as one of the prestigious "40 Under 40" honorees, acknowledging young M&A and financing professionals who have reached significant levels of success. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Invacare Corporation, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, and on the Board of Trustees of Saddle River Day School in New Jersey. Han resides in Wyckoff, New Jersey, with his wife and four children who attend Saddle River Day School.
