Abha Nath

Abha Nath is a venture investor based in Los Angeles and a Venture Partner at Wonder Ventures, one of Southern California's most active early-stage venture capital firms. She was the first hire at Wonder Ventures and played a pivotal role in building out the firm's Fund II in 2018 alongside managing partner Dustin Rosen. Abha graduated from the University of Southern California's Viterbi School of Engineering in 2015 with a B.S. in Industrial Systems Engineering. She began her career at the Disney Accelerator, where she helped identify and source new investment opportunities for the Walt Disney Company's core business divisions. She was at Ring during its landmark acquisition by Amazon in early 2018 for over $1 billion, giving her firsthand experience with a successful startup exit and the dynamics of being acquired by a major technology platform.

Following the Ring acquisition, Abha joined Wonder Ventures in March 2018 as a Principal, where she spent three years investing in pre-seed and seed-stage startups across Southern California. She worked closely with Dustin Rosen to deploy capital from Fund II, a $15 million fund focused exclusively on LA founders. In April 2021, she transitioned to a Venture Partner role at Wonder Ventures while simultaneously taking on an operating role as Chief of Staff at Whatnot, a rapidly growing live shopping platform. At Whatnot, she held leadership positions from 2021 to 2023, eventually serving as Category Lead for Fashion UK, helping the company expand internationally and scale its social commerce model.
