Adam Beshara

Adam Beshara is a senior investment banker and, as of May 2026, one of five Presidents at BDT & MSD Partners, the merchant bank led by Byron Trott and Gregg Lemkau that advises and invests in founder- and family-owned companies. His appointment was announced on January 16, 2026, and reported as an exclusive by The Wall Street Journal. In the role he collaborates with the firm's other Presidents to support clients navigating complex strategic decisions, combining trusted advisory work with the firm's aligned, long-term capital.

Before BDT & MSD, Beshara spent more than a decade at Centerview Partners, where he had been a Partner since 2012 and a senior advisor within the General Industries and Business Services practices. Over that period he counseled major industrial and business-services companies on high-stakes M&A and strategic matters, including Johnson Controls International, DuPont, Waste Management, and Walmart.

Earlier in his career, Beshara spent roughly 14 years at JPMorgan Chase, rising to Managing Director and holding senior positions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Sponsors, and Diversified Industrials. He is based in New York and is registered as a financial professional associated with Centerview Partners LLC in New York.
