Aleksandr Kuboskin

Aleksandr Kuboskin is a Berlin-based investor, operator, and finance executive who is the founder and Managing Director of Enfilade Capital GmbH, an independent investment and advisory boutique established around 2018. Enfilade describes itself as "the door opener in the world of finance," actively investing in seed and early-stage tech startups while also providing consulting, interim management, IT-project nearshoring, fundraising and investor relations, transaction management, financial restructuring, and capital-structure advisory. He is a CFA charterholder (CFA Institute, 2009) and holds an M.Sc. in Finance from the Stockholm School of Economics. He is a native Russian and English speaker and fluent in German.

Kuboskin began his career in the acquisition and leveraged finance division of DZ Bank AG, working across Frankfurt and London, where he progressed from Analyst to Vice President and worked on transactions exceeding €1 billion. Around 2014 he left banking to co-found ANTELOPE (Wearable Life Science GmbH), a Frankfurt-based sportstech startup pioneering mobile electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) sportswear aimed at bringing the technology directly to consumers. As co-founder and Managing Director for Operations & Finance, he helped build the company's organizational structure and secured more than €7m in equity financing.

He later served as Interim Managing Director at lemonblood management GmbH (a Berlin company builder focused on sales/distribution and back-office operations, founded 2016), where he raised roughly €1.5m in initial commitments and acted as a business angel to the group's ventures around 2017–2018. His subsequent operating and advisory roles include Interim CFO at Finiata GmbH — where he reorganized the finance function, implemented ERP systems, and coordinated an €11m Series B — plus advisory and board work with Timetrix OÜ (a time-series data-streaming platform) and Montes Auri Group Limited (go-to-market strategy and operational structure).
