Andres Gavinet

Andres R. Gavinet is Chief Accounting Officer of Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Inc., a public life science REIT and the parent of Alexandria Ventures, the company’s strategic venture capital platform. Alexandria’s team page states that he has served as Chief Accounting Officer since June 2012 and oversees accounting, financial reporting, and execution of capital markets transactions.

Before joining Alexandria, Gavinet was Chief Accounting Officer at Ares Management, a global alternative asset manager.
