Andrew Gregor

Andrew Gregor is a Senior Adviser at The Telmarc Group, a technology investment and management company founded in 1984 and based in Florham Park, New Jersey. Within the firm he practices in the business development, financing, and private equity group, drawing on a long career as a public-company CFO and corporate-finance executive. Telmarc describes itself as having helped develop more than 36 companies across telecommunications, enterprise software, and medical management systems, raising hundreds of millions in capital and producing multiple IPOs and exits.

Most recently before his advisory work, Gregor was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Sirius XM Satellite Radio, where he was responsible for corporate finance and business development. There he led expansion efforts in Canada and other international markets, managed more than $3 billion in debt and equity financings, and led the restructuring of the Sirius balance sheet following the company's merger with XM.

Earlier in his career, Gregor served as Chief Financial Officer of several publicly traded and private media, entertainment, and consumer-goods companies. These included GT Interactive, a leading video-game developer that he took public in what was described as the largest venture-backed IPO of 1995; Lillian Vernon, the specialty direct-marketing retailer; and Zephyr Communications, a Telmarc portfolio company where he raised more than $100 million in venture financing. Over the course of his career he has been personally responsible for in excess of $7 billion in financings and a comparable amount of acquisitions and divestitures.

Gregor holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was recognized as a Baker Scholar, and a BA from Wesleyan University.
