Annalise Dragic

Annalise Dragic is a London-based Partner at Sapphire Ventures. London Tech Week’s 2026 speaker profile lists her as “Partner, Sapphire Ventures,” and The Standard reported in December 2021 that Sapphire had appointed Dragic as a partner as part of its European expansion.

Before Sapphire, Dragic worked at Atomico, the London-based venture capital firm. The Standard reported that she joined Sapphire in 2020 and, at age 29, became one of the youngest female venture capital partners in Europe. Her appointment coincided with Sapphire’s push to invest more actively across the UK, Europe, and Israel after announcing $2 billion in new capital commitments.

Sapphire Ventures positions itself as an enterprise technology investor. The firm says it partners with “Enterprise AI founders building Companies of Consequence” and invests in a select number of post-product-market fit companies, supporting go-to-market, operations, and leadership scaling.
