Bill Bundy founded Bundy Group in 1989 in Roanoke, Virginia, building it into an industry-focused investment bank that represents business owners and management teams in company sales, acquisitions, and capital raises. Over more than 35 years the firm has closed over 250 transactions, working with both strategic acquirers and private-equity/financial sponsors. Bundy holds a Masters of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from East Tennessee State University.
