Blair Pruett

C. Blair Pruett is a real estate investment principal based in coastal North San Diego County, California. He earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California real estate broker. His career began in the late 1990s with merchant homebuilders across Southern California, where he advanced quickly through divisional roles at firms including Ryland Homes, Trumark (Trimark) Pacific Homes, and Cadence Homes.
