Boz Bundalo

Boz Bundalo is a Venture Partner and CTO at Hinge Capital, the Austin-based early-stage venture firm previously known as Venture51 (founded 2009). Rather than a traditional finance-track investor, Boz comes to venture from a nearly two-decade career as an award-winning creative/art director and interactive developer. At the firm he leads product development, technology, and UI/UX, and his role centers on helping portfolio companies refine their products and user experiences — a hands-on "operator-investor" contribution alongside the firm's managing partners (Ryan Swagar and Brandon Zeuner).

Before and alongside his venture work, Boz has spent close to 20 years building digital experiences for Hollywood studios and Fortune 500 brands. He is a Senior Developer and Designer at Futureman Digital, an award-winning production and interactive agency, where his notable work spans entertainment and movie-studio projects including work associated with Ridley Scott, Kingdom Hearts, and Fox/Twentieth Television. His background also includes roles at Infinity Creative Group and Sizmek, with expertise across front-end interfaces, back-end development, and mobile platforms.

Boz earned a B.A. in Visual Communications from Collins College (2001–2003). He describes himself, in his own words, as a "Senior developer and designer @ Futureman Digital, CTO at Hinge Capital (formerly Venture51), tech nerd and a mean cook."
