Cristian Mcintosh

Cristian Mc Intosh Herrera is a Chile-based investor and real-estate finance executive. Public LinkedIn data lists him as Partner at ANA Capital from September 2024 and Socio Gerente / Managing Partner at ME Gestión Inmobiliaria from July 2024. ANA Capital’s own site lists him on its team alongside Allan Jarry and Sebastian Ibañez.

Before ANA Capital, Mc Intosh spent several years in institutional real estate and asset management. His LinkedIn profile lists him as Head of Real Estate Investments at Santander Asset Management from March 2011 to September 2017; Chile’s CMF separately records Cristian Mc-Intosh Herrera as an “Ejecutivo Principal” of Santander Asset Management S.A. Administradora General de Fondos from April 1, 2011 to September 5, 2017.

Earlier in his career, he held real-estate structured-finance roles at Santander Investment, including Associate and VP Real Estate Structured Finance, and consulting roles at LCC Chile and Panegg Consultores. His education listed on LinkedIn includes a BEng from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, an MBA from Vlerick Business School, a 2023 Commercial Real Estate Analysis & Investment program at MIT, and a corporate governance program at ESE Business School Chile.

Mc Intosh was also a Partner at Ranco Capital from December 2016 to March 2019. A 2017 Chilean forestry-industry strategy document described Ranco Capital as a planned USD 30 million VC vehicle managed by José Luis Rosso and Cristian McIntosh to invest in value-added projects across the forestry value chain.
