Daniela Menzky

Daniela Menzky is a German-born operator and investor based in London with more than 25 years of international experience spanning corporate leadership, technology entrepreneurship, and venture capital. She began her career in senior Human Resources and Organizational Strategy roles at blue-chip corporations including Kodak and Avon Products, before moving into general management. At HAVI Logistics she rose to Managing Director and Global Senior Vice President, giving her a background in scaling and operating large, multinational organizations.

Following her corporate career she became a Director of Waterbridge Capital, a venture capital firm that backs small-cap and early-stage companies across digital media, telecoms, cybersecurity, financial services, health, and climate. At Waterbridge she specializes in investment analysis and portfolio management, working alongside Executive Chairman Steve Berry and CTO Shadi A. Razak. Several of the firm's portfolio companies — including CyNation and ANGOKA — are ventures she is directly and operationally involved with.

She serves as Director / Chief Operating Officer at CyNation, a London-based cyber-risk, compliance, and third-party risk management analytics company, where she focuses on building scalable growth plans and operational execution. In parallel, she is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ANGOKA, an IoT/M2M security company founded in 2019 (with Yuri Andersson and Shadi A. Razak) that protects machine-to-machine communications for Smart Cities and Mobility; ANGOKA is headquartered in Belfast with offices in London and The Hague.

Daniela holds a Master's degree in Economics from Universität Hannover (Germany) and a Certificate in Non-Profit Management from Duke University. A native German speaker, she has lived and worked in the United States, France, and the United Kingdom.
