Dinesh Goel

Dinesh Goel is a Partner at Siana Capital Management LLP, a Bengaluru-headquartered venture capital firm (founded 2017) that runs the Deep Science India Fund, backing start-ups built on path-breaking deep science and technology. Over roughly seven years in the start-up ecosystem, Dinesh reports having evaluated 1,000+ early-stage (Seed to Series A) opportunities across agritech, healthtech, edutech, climate/energy transition and frontier enterprise tech. Before moving into venture investing, Dinesh spent almost 25 years in global management and technology consulting, living and working across New York/Boston, London, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. He was a Partner and Managing Director (Country Head, India) at ISG Inc. (formerly TPI, the Nasdaq-listed American technology advisory firm), where he advised on multi-billion-dollar complex digital transformation programs, IT strategy and IT governance. Prior to that he was a senior executive at Infosys for three years, leading a service-line P&L, and spent almost 10 years at Accenture Strategy advising clients on business process re-engineering, operational cost optimization, IT strategy and large-scale change programs.

Dinesh also teaches as a visiting faculty member on Post Graduate Programs in Entrepreneurship & Innovation — recently at FLAME University, Pune, and earlier at IFIM, Bangalore — and has been active as an angel investor and start-up advisor, including engagement with networks such as the Indian Angel Network. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce (Delhi University), with additional certifications in financial and management accounting. Alongside him, Siana's leadership includes co-founders and managing partners Dr. Siddharth Pai and Dr. Archana Hingorani, with Varun Kapoor and Siddharth Shah as principals.
