Dmitry Goldin

Dmitry Goldin has spent his entire career in retail financial services and independent wealth management. He began in 1993 in retail sales with the Principal Financial Group, then worked in service and operations roles at two independent trust companies in Denver, followed by a stint as an operations manager at Charles Schwab serving both retail and institutional clients. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance and International Business emphasis, 1992) from the University of Colorado and an M.B.A. in Accounting and Finance (2001) from Regis University in Denver. He also carries FINRA Series 7, 24, 53, 63 and 65 licenses.

Goldin joined Royal Alliance Associates in 2000 as a regional management associate. He was promoted to a senior regional management role in 2003, taking supervisory responsibility for the firm's 23-state Central region, and in 2009 became Senior Vice President of Business Development, overseeing advisor relationship management and retention, practice development, recruiting and product-sponsor support. In June 2013 Royal Alliance announced that Goldin — then 43 — would succeed the retiring Art Tambaro as President and CEO, a transition that took effect in January 2014.

As President & CEO, Goldin led one of the largest independent broker-dealers in the AIG Advisor Group (later Advisor Group) network, guiding recruiting, advisor support, technology, and acquisitions such as Royal Alliance's 2018 purchase of Signator Investors from John Hancock. Advisor Group rebranded to Osaic in 2023, consolidating its member broker-dealers (including Royal Alliance) under the single Osaic brand. Following that consolidation, Goldin moved into enterprise leadership at Osaic, where sources list him in senior strategy and advisor-engagement roles (EVP, Strategy & Client Experience / SVP, Advisor Engagement), based in Jersey City, NJ.
