Dominik Andrzejczuk

Dominik Andrzejczuk is a Polish-American entrepreneur and investor who trained as a physicist, earning a B.S. in Physics from Villanova University (2006–2010). By his own account he began his career as an engineer and founder in Palo Alto, California around 2010, before moving into venture capital in 2014 — working for a firm associated with one of the co-founders of Yahoo! (Morado Ventures), where he served as an associate.

In 2018 he relocated to Poland and founded Atmos Ventures, positioning it as a Central and Eastern European deep-tech VC firm. As Managing/General Partner he leads investments at the intersection of quantum computing, artificial intelligence, data science, and advanced energy, backing early-stage teams solving hard scientific problems. Atmos describes its mission as investing in "world class founders motivated to solve the world's most challenging issues through cutting edge technologies and a data driven approach," and building those teams into category leaders.

Beyond the fund, Andrzejczuk holds several operating and advisory roles in the deep-tech and quantum ecosystem. He has been associated with QDC (Quantum Data Center / QDC.ai) as CEO, has advised chemistry-AI company Molecule.one, and sits on the advisory board of the Quantum AI Foundation (QAIF). He is also involved in philanthropic and civic initiatives, including The Intermarium Foundation, and is a frequent speaker and writer on deep tech, venture capital, and Poland/CEE as a tech ecosystem (via his Medium publications "Musings on Deep Tech, the Economy and Venture Capital" and "The Quantum Data Center," and on X/Twitter as @QuantumDom).

• Looks for teams that have "cracked complex scientific problems" and moved past the pure-research stage toward commercialization — the emphasis is on technical depth plus a path to becoming a "global player" and category leader.
• Applies a data-driven approach to sourcing and diligence, drawing on his physics background to underwrite genuinely technical risk that generalist funds tend to avoid.
• Thematically bullish on Poland and the broader Intermarium/CEE region as an emerging deep-tech ecosystem — a recurring theme in his talks and writing.
