Domonkos Koltai

Domonkos ("Dom") L. Koltai is a co-founder and partner of PL Advisors, an independent M&A advisory firm dedicated exclusively to the financial services sector, with offices in New York. The firm — originally launched as Grail Advisory Partners and renamed PL Advisors in 2013 — provides mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, management buy-outs, recapitalizations, and fairness opinions to financial institutions.
