Drew Kaza

Drew Kaza is a veteran international media and entertainment executive who spent much of his career in senior C-level roles across major European and global media companies before becoming an investor and entrepreneur. He ran global pay-television distribution for Hollywood studios Universal, Paramount and MGM as President of UIP (United International Pictures), and served as an executive board director at BBC Worldwide. He was CEO of Vulcan European Media (part of Paul Allen's Vulcan group), where he helped develop the North American Sports Network in partnership with Setanta Sports, and he held early roles with Comcast in both the US and UK markets. From 2007 to early 2015 he was Executive Vice President for Digital Development at Odeon & UCI Cinemas, then Europe's largest cinema chain.

Kaza has also held board positions with media companies in Sweden, Japan and Latin America, reflecting a genuinely international operating career across broadcasting, cinema exhibition, pay-TV and digital media. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Portland in Oregon.

Today Kaza combines his advisory role as a Partner at London-based Ironbridge Capital Partners with hands-on entrepreneurship in the US. Since 2016 he has been Managing Partner of quoin media & entertainment LLC, and through that company he is co-owner and operator of the Sisters Movie House & Cafe, a four-screen (316-seat) independent cinema in Sisters, central Oregon. At Ironbridge, a multi-family office that backs strong management teams in high-growth private companies, his contribution is his deep operating experience in media, entertainment and digital distribution.
