Background

E. Mac Bridger is an Operating Partner at Dominus Capital, a New York-based, operationally focused middle-market private equity firm. Dominus says he joined the firm in 2008 and is involved in all stages of the investment cycle, from origination through value creation.

Before Dominus, Bridger was Executive Vice President of Propex, Inc. beginning in 2006. Prior to Propex, he was CEO and President of Collins & Aikman Floorcoverings, Inc., also known as Tandus Group, Inc., from 1993 to 2006. Dominus describes Tandus as one of the leading global commercial carpet companies.

Earlier in his career, Bridger held senior sales and marketing roles at Collins & Aikman from 1986 to 1993. He began his career with more than eleven years in sales and marketing roles at WestPoint Pepperell and Eastman Chemical. He received a BS degree from North Carolina State University.
