Eli Braha

Eli Braha is a Manhattan-based real estate and commercial-trade veteran who heads Berkley Acquisitions LLC, a privately held real estate investment company. He describes more than 20 years in the real estate industry (and over 40 years of commercial-trade experience spanning more than 50 countries), during which he has raised capital as a developer and lead syndicator of commercial real estate and has acquired, owned, managed, and operated over 50 properties. As a licensed commercial real estate broker he has managed roughly 4.5 million square feet of property across 14+ states. He is a graduate of CUNY's Baruch College, where he majored in Finance and Economics.

In February 2012, Braha launched Berkley Asset Fund I, LP, a $100 million vehicle focused on opportunistic and distressed real estate assets and debt instruments in the greater Metro New York City area. The fund targeted transactions with a total purchase price of $10M–$35M and aimed for a blended gross annualized IRR of roughly 15%. His deal history includes complex transactions such as the "W" Hotel NYC, the Landmark Hotel in Syracuse, a ground-up development note in Manhattan's Meatpacking District, and an off-market SoHo property.

Today Braha also owns Berkley Advisors, a consultancy focused on "creative opportunities at the boundary of commercial real estate, construction and international" operations. Through that advisory work over the past several years his engagements have included NASDAQ-listed EV-charging company Blink Charging Inc. and Fortune 500 facilities-services firm EMCOR Services. He currently serves as Corporate Secretary and Director of Marketing & Sales at EVectriFi Technologies Inc.

Separately, Braha is listed in startup-investor databases (e.g., Foundersuite) as an angel investor operating at the seed stage, reflecting an early-stage investing profile alongside his core real estate and advisory activities.
