Eric Miller

Eric Miller is a St. Louis–based bioscience investor and operator with a scientific foundation in biochemistry. He earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Washington University in St. Louis (2001–2006) and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Early in his career he worked as a consultant at Kantar Health, advising pharmaceutical and life-sciences clients.

Miller served as a Senior (Investment) Analyst at BioGenerator, the early-stage investment and company-creation engine of BioSTL, one of the most active life-sciences seed investors in the St. Louis region. In that role he conducted due diligence and supported investment activity for new and existing portfolio companies, focused on business development across BioGenerator's therapeutics, diagnostics, medical-device, and agtech portfolio.

Beyond the investment seat, Miller has been an operator inside the companies he helped build. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Cadre Bioscience, LLC — a St. Louis therapeutics-acceleration company housed in BioGenerator Labs that in-licenses and advances early-stage assets from top-tier universities. Since 2018 he has run Teric Group, LLC as Principal, a life-sciences advisory practice.

Currently, Miller is a Managing Director at Mirada Life Sciences (having joined as a Senior Engagement Manager in 2021 and moved into a Director role in 2023), a consultancy that provides scientific and medical-affairs support to the pharmaceutical industry. His combination of a bench-science Ph.D., venture due-diligence experience, and hands-on startup operating roles is characteristic of the BioGenerator model, which pairs capital with company-building expertise.
