Evgeny Kayumov

Evgeny Kayumov is a serial entrepreneur and early-stage investor with roughly two decades of experience building and scaling digital businesses. He was born in a village of about 4,000 people near Novosibirsk, Russia, studied at Novosibirsk State Technical University (NSTU), and began his entrepreneurial career as a teenager — by his own account earning his first million rubles by age 16. He was an early mover in Russian mobile commerce, claiming to be the first in the country to launch an SMS-based affiliate program for monetizing mobile sites.

His operating track record is centered on performance and affiliate marketing. He founded/built the marketing and partnership organization at RGK Mobile (RGKmobile.com), a mobile carrier-payments company operating across ~20 countries, growing its partnership division to $20M+ in annual revenue (roughly 2014–2018), and helped scale the KMA.biz affiliate program into Asian markets. He also founded Cpa.club, described as the largest community for arbitrage/marketing and sales professionals in the CIS region (later transferred to Denis Lagutenko), and co-founded the influencer marketplace Storiesgain.

Around 2018 Kayumov co-founded K&T Capital in London together with entrepreneur Roman Taranov — a hybrid business accelerator and venture firm that announced a €20M initial round from private investors (October 2018) to back post-seed startups with proven business models. UK Companies House / North Data records show him as a former director of K&T Capital Ltd (directorship ceased around 2020), reflecting that the original vehicle has since wound down even as he continues to invest and operate under the KT Capital banner.

More recently, Kayumov co-founded SOAX (SOAX Ltd., founded 2019), a fast-growing B2B web-data-extraction and residential-proxy SaaS company headquartered in the London area — reportedly growing ~7x in a year and winning Proxyway's "Discovery of the Year" award. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and has continued launching and advising ventures including BFG Advisors (startup growth/fundraising advisory), BitMeet, MetaPax, and AI-compute and marketing projects (Getcompute.ai, Morcans.digital).
