Ewa Malyszko

Ewa Małyszko is a Polish financial-market executive and private investor with more than 20 years of experience building and managing financial institutions. PFR TFI's profile describes her as an economist and a graduate of postgraduate studies in pension-fund management and quantitative methods in financial-market analysis at the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

Her asset-management career included SEB TFI, where she worked from 1998 to 2008, first as vice president and from 2001 as president of the management board. She later served as vice president responsible for operations and finance at KGHM TFI, and from December 2011 to February 2017 she was president of PKO BP Bankowy PTE.

In February 2017 she became president of the management board of PFR TFI, then part of the Polish Development Fund group. Her PFR-era work included PPK, Poland's Employee Capital Plans program, and PFR TFI describes her as a co-author of the PPK implementation project. PFR TFI's current author page now identifies her tenure as president in 2017-2024; Analizy.pl reported that PFR TFI's supervisory board dismissed Ewa Małyszko and Piotr Kuba from the management board on 12 September 2024.

Alongside institutional roles, she has been active in financial education, women's career development and financial-advisory standards. The European Financial Congress profile states that she is a member of the EFPA Poland Council, EFPA Poland's representative in the Standards and Qualifications Committee EFPA, and a member of the European Financial Congress programme board and the Chamber of Fund and Asset Management board.

• In her disclosed angel investment in Future Collars, Małyszko emphasized trust, credibility and social need: "kluczowe jest dla mnie zaufanie i wiarygodność" and the project mattered because it answered social needs and developed modern competencies for both young and mature Poles.
• Her personal investment activity is publicly visible in at least one seed-stage edtech / workforce-reskilling company: Future Collars, an online coding and digital-skills school.
• Her institutional PFR TFI / FEZ work focused on co-financing foreign expansion by Polish companies through minority, long-term capital and debt instruments.
• FEZ's stated model is to invest alongside Polish firms in greenfield and brownfield foreign projects, leaving project management with the business partner and sharing risk proportionally to equity or debt exposure.
• PFR TFI describes FEZ as sector- and geography-flexible, with typical investments of EUR 3-20 million, a usual 5-10 year horizon, and possible equity, debt, mezzanine, structured equity or bond financing.
