Fernando Raul Morelli is a Partner and the Group Chief Financial Officer of Vision Brazil Investments, a São Paulo–based independent alternative-asset manager founded in 2006. He has roughly 35 years of professional experience across banking, corporate treasury, and asset management, and has been with Vision Brazil's platform since 2007, where he has overseen the administrative and financial management of the firm's agricultural production operations, farmland, and livestock activities in addition to his group-wide CFO responsibilities.
Before Vision Brazil, Morelli spent three years as Treasurer of Perdigão Agroindustrial S.A. (today part of BRF S.A.), one of Brazil's largest food companies. Earlier in his career he accumulated more than 13 years in the financial markets at leading international banks, including J.P. Morgan, Chase Manhattan, and The First National Bank of Boston, giving him deep experience in treasury, capital markets, and cross-border finance.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Escola Politécnica of the University of São Paulo (USP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
