Florin Lila

Florin Lila is Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at FINCA Impact Finance, where he leads global operational performance, strategic transformation, and implementation of digital and client-centered solutions across FINCA’s microfinance subsidiaries. FINCA’s leadership bio says he has more than 20 years of experience in banking and inclusive finance.

Lila joined FINCA in 2012. His roles at FINCA have included Deputy Regional Director for Eurasia, CEO of FINCA Kosovo, Regional Director for Eurasia, Vice President of Network Management, and now Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
