Harish Raghavan

Harish Raghavan is a career capital-markets and structured-finance executive who, in 2010, founded Gracie Point Holdings, LLC, a New York–based specialty-finance company that structures life-insurance premium financing for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and their advisors. He serves as the firm's Founder, Board Member, and Chief Executive Officer, overseeing strategy, product creation, capital markets, and global growth. Gracie Point operates offices in New York, Hong Kong, and Toronto and has continued to scale — securing a $250 million warehouse facility from Goldman Sachs Bank USA in February 2026 and raising preferred equity to fund expansion.

Before founding Gracie Point, Raghavan was Global Head of Structured Products and the Strategic Solutions Group at UBS Investment Bank, where he worked across client coverage, trading, and product teams to build hybrid equity capital-markets products and proprietary trading strategies, executing pioneering transactions such as LILACs (life-insurance securitization) and contingent-capital instruments. Earlier, he spent roughly fifteen years at Merrill Lynch & Co., rising to Global Head of New Business / Product Development, where he structured the first cross-border hybrid into the U.S. capital markets and developed Trust Preferred Capital Securities. He has also been associated with InsCap Management, LLC. He holds Series 7, 24, and 63 licenses.

Raghavan earned his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Outside finance, he has served on the Board of Trustees of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra. Alongside his operating role at Gracie Point, he is an active private-company investor and director, sitting on the boards of Sulekha.com New Media Pvt Ltd., eShakti.com Pvt Ltd., and Smart Information Worldwide, Inc.
