Hendrik Reimand

Hendrik Reimand is a finance professional and economist who is today a founding partner of 2C Ventures, a Tallinn-based cleantech venture fund launched in 2024. He co-founded the firm alongside Herty Tammo (founder of Startup Wise Guys), Martin Koppel (Fortumo co-founder), and Taavi Veskimägi (former Estonian Minister of Finance and long-time CEO of grid operator Elering). At 2C Ventures he focuses on deal structuring, financial planning, and unit economics. He studied at the University of Amsterdam.

Before 2C Ventures, Reimand spent roughly four years (February 2018 – February 2022) as a Private Equity Associate/investment specialist at Livonia Partners, a leading Baltic mid-market private equity firm with offices in Tallinn, Riga, and Vilnius — the origin of the Livonia Partners contact details in this profile. During that period he served on the supervisory board of portfolio company Klaasimeister (Dec 2019 – Jan 2021). He subsequently became Head of Finance at Katana Technologies (Katana MRP), a fast-growing Estonian manufacturing-ERP scale-up, where he helped build out the finance function.

Reimand has been active in the broader Estonian investment ecosystem, sitting on the management board of the Estonian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (EstVCA) since 2019, where he led the association's data working group and contributed to university-level PE/VC education programmes. In November 2025 he was elected Chairman of the Board of EstVCA, tasked with promoting the region internationally, attracting new LPs, and deepening collaboration with Nordic and Western European ecosystems.
