Ian Francey

Ian Francey is the Fund Controller at Glouston Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm focused on the private equity secondary market. He joined the firm in 2012 and is responsible for supporting Glouston's administrative, operational, and reporting functions — overseeing fund operations and managing fund finances for the firm's commingled funds and separately managed accounts serving a global client base. This is a back-office/fund-finance role rather than an investment (deal-sourcing or check-writing) role.

Prior to joining Glouston, Francey was a Private Equity Fund Accountant at State Street Corporation, where he administered fund activity and reconciled cash and positions for private equity clients. His earlier experience also includes work associated with Harvard Business School Publishing – Corporate Learning. He earned a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.
