Inbar Haham

Inbar Haham is the Founder and Managing Partner of INcapital Ventures, a venture firm she launched in 2019 to bridge North American capital with Israeli technology companies. She brings roughly 20 years of experience across tech and financial companies, and has built a reputation as a "bridge-builder" helping Israeli startups land and scale in the U.S. market. She is based in New York, while the firm operates across Toronto, Tel Aviv, and New York.

Earlier in her career, Haham was part of the team that designed and launched the website builder Wix, holding a principal role at Wix.com from roughly 2009 to 2011, and earlier served as a Marketing & Investor Relations Associate at The Diamond Capital Co. (2008–2009). She subsequently led U.S. operations for Magma Venture Partners (one of Israel's prominent early-stage VCs), where she focused on business development for Magma's portfolio companies entering the U.S. — work that established her network-driven, cross-border approach.

She has held a range of board and advisory positions, including an advisory board role at GoDaddy, a board seat at AlmaLinks (the global Israeli professional network), partner activity with Plaza Ventures, and a board seat at portfolio company Pente Networks. She earned a BBA in International Marketing from Baruch College (Zicklin School of Business) in 2006.

INcapital's co-founders include Mark and Natty Nashman, who bootstrapped and scaled Clarity Systems before its acquisition by IBM, then became active early-stage investors — pairing operational/exit experience with Haham's cross-border business-development background.
