Jace Kowalzyk

Jace Kowalzyk is a technology investment banker with more than two decades of M&A and capital-markets advisory experience, currently serving as a Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking at Cantor Fitzgerald, a role he took in May 2024 as part of the firm's build-out of a 35+ person technology banking team led by Cole Bader. He is based in New York.

Before Cantor, Kowalzyk was a Managing Director at Piper Sandler from April 2020 to March 2024, where he focused on IT, networking, cloud, and infrastructure software, working out of the firm's San Francisco office. From July 2011 to March 2020 he was a Partner at Union Square Advisors — the technology-focused boutique whose "usadvisors.com" domain appears in his contact data.
