Jack Goldstein

Jack A. Goldstein is a Partner at DC Capital Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments and supporting existing portfolio companies operationally. DC Capital’s current bio says he joined the firm in 2020 and has since been involved in more than 15 platform investments and add-on acquisitions, numerous financings, and the sales of Pond Holdings, LLC and PBK Architects, Inc.

Goldstein currently serves on the boards of Valkyrie Enterprises, LLC and PK Companies, LLC. His recent public deal commentary centers on platform-building in regulated, mission-critical markets, including Valkyrie’s 2025 acquisition of Optical Sciences Corporation and PK Companies’ 2026 acquisition of Pro-Surve Technical Services.

Before DC Capital, Goldstein worked in investment banking at Jefferies LLC. DC Capital states that he advised on more than 20 M&A and capital-markets transactions totaling approximately $15 billion across the aerospace, defense, government and engineering services sectors. While at Jefferies, he worked with DC Capital on transactions involving Michael Baker International, Acuity International, formerly Caliburn International, and other M&A and debt-financing efforts.

Goldstein earned a B.B.A., cum laude, from the College of William & Mary, majoring in Finance with double minors in Accounting and Economics.
