James Freeders

Chris Freeders has served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Controller of Oshkosh Corporation since 2017, where he also acts as the company's Principal Accounting Officer. In that capacity he is responsible for the accuracy of the company's financial statements and internal controls, compliance with global tax laws, and financial planning and analysis across Oshkosh's business segments.

Freeders joined Oshkosh Corporation in 2005 and rose through a series of finance leadership roles before reaching his current position, including Director of Financial Reporting, Senior Director of Financial Reporting, and Vice President, Finance and Assistant Controller.
