Jason Korman

Jason Korman is an Australian private-equity and investment-management professional with more than a decade of experience across Australia, Singapore and the United States. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance from the University of Melbourne (2005–2008). He began his career in the investment banking division of Credit Suisse in Melbourne, working on M&A and capital-markets transactions for clients in the oil & gas and metals & mining sectors.

He then moved into private equity at CHAMP Private Equity in Sydney. In 2015 he joined Argand Partners, a New York–based, industrials-focused private equity firm, where he rose to Principal (LinkedIn/aggregator records also list a Vice President title there) and was involved in investments, exits and financings across US, Australian, European and South-East Asian markets.
