Investment Thesis & Focus

  • Invests in established, profitable lower-middle-market companies — not startups; typical targets have $20–$150 million in revenue.
  • Deal types: management buyouts, family/ownership transitions, corporate divestitures, growth financings, and recapitalizations, deploying roughly $10–$40 million of equity per platform.
  • Deep specialization in environmental services (solid waste, recycling, industrial/medical waste, wastewater treatment) built over ~25 years, complemented by niche manufacturing and business services.
  • Partners with strong management teams and insists that key managers retain a meaningful equity stake so they "share in its success."
  • Brings operational resources beyond capital — organizational development, lean manufacturing, customer-satisfaction and executive coaching, plus access to industry specialists and recruiting.
  • In her own words, what she values most is "learning from our CEOs. While each company we invest in has a completely different story, they often share similar challenges and successes."
