Jim Kolinos

Jim Kolinos is Founder Emeritus of NWK Group, Inc., an independent investment advisory firm based in San Francisco. NWK Group says he was one of the firm’s founders and led the development and delivery of NWK Group services to institutional clients. The firm was founded in 2002 and is listed by the SEC’s Investment Adviser Public Disclosure database as NWK Group, CRD #124186 / SEC #801-61649, with SEC registration approved on December 16, 2002.

Before co-founding NWK Group, Kolinos worked at a boutique firm in San Francisco advising institutional retirement plans. NWK Group and the Rose Foundation both state that after more than 25 years serving retirement-plan sponsors and participants, he retired from day-to-day work and remains associated with NWK Group as a strategic advisor available for historical client-related matters.

Kolinos holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. He earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation in 2009.
