Joe Bohling is a global Managing Director and Senior Partner at Berkeley Research Group (BRG), the global consulting firm he joined in 2012. At BRG he created and leads three "strategic business lines": The Legacy Academy (advising Ultra High Net Worth individuals and families on wealth growth and intergenerational transfer), the Dynamic Capabilities practice (strategic capability building, HR performance, and executive coaching), and the Health Transformation Institute, a BRG subsidiary he co-founded and led, focused on organizational resiliency and burnout/wellness. His investing activity is oriented toward high-tech, clean-tech, and bioscience startups, often on behalf of UHNW clients connected to his BRG Legacy Academy work.
