Joshua Joe Holley

Josh Holley is a corporate-finance and restructuring professional based in Austin, Texas, with more than twelve years of experience in transaction advisory, turnaround, and operating roles. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin (2005–2008) and later completed FINRA licensing (the Securities Industry Essentials exam plus Series 63 and Series 79) in 2020. He began his career in 2009 as a Corporate Debt Products Analyst at Bank of America.

The bulk of his advisory experience came at Mackinac Partners, a national restructuring and turnaround firm, where he served as a Director for roughly seven years (approximately 2009–2016), advising on financial restructuring and distressed situations. In 2016 he founded Grey Light Ventures and is associated with Bryker & Co., an Austin-based boutique investment bank formed the same year that provides M&A, transaction advisory, recapitalizations, creditor representation, and operational turnaround services.
