Keith Steiner

Keith Steiner is a graduate of Allegheny College, where he was a member of Delta Tau Delta's Alpha Chapter and wrote a 125-page senior thesis on the chapter's history that later became required reading for new members. He went on to earn an MBA from the University of Indianapolis.

Steiner built his career in wealth management, spending roughly three decades (described in Delta Tau Delta materials as a "32-year career") at Paine Webber and its successor, UBS Financial Services, in Indianapolis. He is a Vice President in Wealth Management, and his practice has focused on the investment-management needs of nonprofit organizations — a specialty he attributes directly to his volunteer work with his fraternity's foundation.

His ties to Delta Tau Delta are longstanding and central to his public profile. After college he served two years as a Chapter Consultant at the Fraternity's Central Office in Indianapolis, was a Resident Advisor at the Beta Chapter (Ohio University), then became Director of Program Development and Director of Chapter Services (1982–1985). More recently he has served on the Educational Foundation Board of Directors, including as Foundation Board Chairman and later Vice Chairman, and sits on the Foundation's investment committee. He also helped his home Allegheny Chapter raise more than $1 million to expand and remodel its chapter house.
