Lars Stark

Lars Stark has been with starkpartners (originally founded in December 2005 as Stark Management Consulting, rebranded to starkpartners) since September 2011, and today holds the position of Associate Partner and Prokurist (authorized signatory) within the firm's Corporate Finance / M&A practice. He is academically trained in industrial economics (BA) and holds a Certified M&A Manager qualification.

Across roughly a decade and a half at the firm, he has built a reputation among mid-sized entrepreneurs and insolvency administrators for hands-on delivery in M&A mandates. Depending on the engagement, he either works in the operational deal team or leads, coordinates and manages transactions — including distressed / special-situations M&A. His stated areas of expertise include (distressed) M&A process management, company valuation, production controlling in the automotive-supply sector, and process/project reporting. His industry coverage centers on ICT, automotive, and machinery and plant construction.

starkpartners itself is an independent, partner-led corporate-finance consultancy headquartered in Meerbusch, Germany, with additional offices in Dresden, Hannover, Shanghai and Singapore (and a newer Ulm location).
