Background
Laura Carballo is a Partner and Head of Portfolio Management at STAR Capital Partnership LLP, a London-based private equity firm that invests in strategically important, asset-backed businesses across Western Europe. She joined STAR in April 2004 and has spent roughly two decades with the firm, making her one of its longer-tenured investment professionals.
