Laura Roguet

Laura Roguet is a Paris-based venture capitalist with roughly a decade of investing experience across European technology. She holds a Master in Management (Programme Grande École, 2009–2014) from ESCP Business School, together with a specialized Master's in Media — a background she credits for her enduring interest in information and media. She began her VC career in 2014 at 360 Capital Partners, a Paris early-stage firm, where she worked on seed and early-stage deals; she is credited with identifying Exotec Solutions at seed, a company that went on to become France's first industrial "unicorn."

She joined Korelya Capital — the investment platform founded in 2016 by Fleur Pellerin, former French Minister for the Digital Economy — around 2017, rising to Principal. Korelya manages roughly €800M and is known for its Europe–Asia bridge (backed by Korean partners such as Naver) and for its "Global Champions from Europe" thesis, investing largely at Series B and into growth stages. Roguet's mandate there focused on backing European scale-ups from Series B through to IPO, primarily in consumer, marketplace and technology businesses.

Beyond dealmaking, Roguet became a visible advocate for diversity and inclusion in European venture: she authored Korelya's "Guide to Diversity & Inclusion" (2020 and 2022 editions) and a companion English-language resource guide, and in 2022 was named by SISTA among "French Tech's 10 women to watch." Korelya highlighted her work in connection with the firm's Diversity VC label.

In 2024 she launched the Sunstorm Foundation, a philanthropic initiative supporting "information integrity." The foundation convenes donors from the European tech ecosystem (VCs, angels and founders) to fund innovation aimed at countering disinformation, protecting whistleblowers and improving digital literacy — bringing her media background and venture network together around a public-interest mission.
